Looking for Co Founder in Commercial Estate broking

Would like to build something which will be one stop shop for the real estate agents/real estate marketing agencies.
The idea is to let them focus on what they do best (sales) and handle everything else for them, charge commission for the service.
What do you think does this has market will the agents use the service (I believe they are already using different services but all of them are disconnected)

1. To check if it's viable
2. It's in B2C space and can be extended to B2B also ( but lots of competition in B2B but not B2C due to independent small firms)
3. I am from tech background so I can handle that but the idea need operations and few domain experts
4. I will have to leave my current job since I am working in a startup, all 6 days 10+ hours. How much run away should I be sure of, before jumping full time into it.

Quit my current job in a startup & starting as a consultant - need advice

I am looking for job opportunities and have received a callback from a startup that has around 20 people in the company. 2-3 are US based, others are developers based in India. 

I have 1 yoe and I wanted to get opinions about pros and cons of working in such a company.

I know learning will be good but I don't want to be burdened with work all the time. Working at such an early stage startups scares me mostly for this reason.

So we are three people (2 developers & 1 UX Designer) on our way to start a design & development agency. Right now we’re testing the waters and the official registration will take place a couple of months from now. We’re looking for a fourth person to join this endeavour, a UX Designer adept in UX Research methodologies.

I've a great idea and it's validated after talking to more than 50 founders/head of sales.

Questions -
1. What's the process of getting a domain/and checking if the domain/product name is not a brand name globally anywhere?

2. Wrt raising funding, any founders here who can throw some light on how much salaries you used to take? I am not very inclined towards bootstrapping rn.

3. What were the challenges wrt starting your website, getting it validated by running ads etc? Maybe some D2C founders can help me out here.

I know we all somewhere deep down in our minds are thinking of starting up something new, some crazy SAAS that would disrupt the market, and make you a founder overnight ! But the friction is way too much, mostly because we are surrounded by people who don’t think the same way, who are stuck in the trap of 9to5 like us, but are also satisfied with it ! 
So I am calling out all the people who may have some crazy idea, or maybe don’t even have and idea ? Just a crazy will to build something of their own !! Let’s connect and spend more time with people who think like you and want to reach somewhere! 📈
