Thinking of going back to School at 30+: Worth It or Too Risky?

I'm considering going back to school in my 30s. Is it worth the time and money? Those who've done it, how did you balance work, life, and studies? Is it too risky to change careers in my mid-30s? The idea of being in my late 30s with student debt and a entry-level job in a new field is daunting.

Don't go to regular school. If you are going for high school, then go for NIOS and if you are talking about getting a college degree, go for online and distance colleges. While not in my 30s, I started doing my graduation at the age of 23 when most people start at 18. A remote job helps a lot in maintaining a work study balance.

Would changing fields+jobs frequently affect your career/salary trajectory?

Questioning life choices currently. I think I gave taken the wrong path for myself. I don't really know what would suit me. I know that it's alright to f around and figure out stuff early career but I'm worried about my salary and career trajectory. As in, I do not want to be stuck in entry level roles forever.
