Stay away from full remote work, go with hybrid option My company has an office in delhi and offers full remote work, I still go to the office 2-3 times a week . It keeps you sane and helps you get a line between work and personal life, otherwise things often start to blur,
What is another hour of work, I am saving time because it's remote work and the next thing you know you start working late, end late and question where did the last 2 years go ?

Remote work is a really good option if you can have some friend circles/ groups that motivate you to either travel / go to gym / or getting out from house in general. If you can't develop these habits yourself. If you can't do that better to take a hybrid role.
