CA is a programme which frankly lost its crown 2 decades ago. Old companies dont need increased headcount and new statmrtups will outsource it. The number of juniors getting the Charter every year ensures that you can hire anyone at 4LPA, for rote work which can be done with 6m of training.
Nothing wrong with CAs. But the long tenure of the programme is useless.
We always discussed that 2 kinds of people became CA those who had family practice or morons. This way all the way back in 2014. How have people not learnt this in over a decade?
Point is not about just CA. Everywhere it is same. Someone will agree to do your job for lesser value. And someone even lesser
That's what happens if you have an infinite supply of stem graduates.
CAs (majority) are cringe. Sit with them and you’ll definitely hear stories of CA struggle days. They believe ‘only they’ work hard and deserve a golden crown at the end of the CA journey.
Problem of plenty
Can't agree more to this sentiment! Prospects for the middle class are turning to shit at an exponential rate. Why bring even more suckers into this garbage economy?
