This person (not kid) is probably going to US next year for his Bachelors. Nothing will be remembered.
This is a teenager kid of " builder ", accident happened in Pune,
Not too long ago, 1 guy in jaguar car, ran over people standing on bridge, in Ahmedabad, he was jailed for bit then news faded away.
All this is too common in India, nothing unusual, having money is like having license to kill.
And this 17y/o will also be sent to US for couple of years and everything will be forgotten. That kid will grow up with no consequences and additionally would enjoy the coupled years of bought degree.
