Thoughts on the slack redesign?

I personally love the changes, brings more character in with the gradients and the new positioning of the profile and huddle buttons is definitely better

I hate it. Takes up more of the screen space on the left. I was used to the old design, this new one just botched up a lot of things.

That was my initial reaction as well, but i warmed up to the new UI
