Impossible in this market. Have been trying but recruiters hang up hearing 90 days.  
 Only way is to say, 60 days is manageable and try to convince them

I desperately looking for a job switch but due to my notice period being of 3 months I'm not getting any call from good companies. The only calls that I've received are from service based companies. Can anyone please suggest a trick or a solution to my problem.

Company has a 90 days notice and i getting very less calls due to this. Putting 30-60 days notice on job portals increased the opportunity but I am bad at lying and when i tell them officially its 90 days , they just run away. How to deal with this?

Hi Everyone,

Saying from personal experience, I have noticed that 10/10 times I am getting rejected if I say notice period to be 90 days during a Job Switch.
All companies are looking for 30/60 days joiners.
Even though they themselves have 90 days notice period in their organisation.
But let us say if you say to HR that my notice period is 60 days and then get selected, how to manage? How to securely transition from one organisation to another.

Few months back I was put under pip. It's a well known org and I had been only with them for 1.5 months and in probation when they did this. Their reason: 'its just a hygiene thing' and that I'm 'too introverted' and should 'interact more than just focusing on work.' 

I'm certain it might be because of team biasness and bootlicking since manager claimed my work has no issues during our meeting. 

Fast forward to 3 months later, I'm yet to receive a pip plan or a judgement criteria or any written communication for the same. I'm not sure if I have any job security or when will the pip end (all attempts to get clarity on this were refuted). 

What should I do? Should I wait for things to become clear or quit. It's been only 6 months and I'm worried switching so early will look bad 😔 on my cv. My notice is 90 days.

Anyone got any tips/experience  getting out of a 90 day notice clause?
I am in a management role in a big 4 and am not interested in the dull work and the office politics. 
Planning to move out in the coming months but I have a 90 day notice which worries me.
Any idea if 90 days are the norm for management  roles these days? Anyone got some clever tricks/tips on how to get out in about 60-70 days?
