Trimble Work Culture

Trimble India is the worst at the management level. Layoff in March, 2024 Silent Layoff from April, 2024 onwards I was affected by the Silent Layoff scheme. My entire development team was targeted and was put on CAP (Informal PIP) or Corrective Action Plan. A month later, they targeted us with PIP. The work culture here at Trimble is the worst.
