Trying out the nomad life!

Hi all digital nomads. I was wondering for all the people who are doing it internationally how has the experience been. I'm strongly considering it and wondering how to keep up with work / tips for making it work

After a shit ton of paper work got my Schengen last week. Planning to visit europe in July and work from there for two weeks. Looking for some useful tips and also would love to meet folks who are in similar bandwagon like me.

Me and my friend both WFH are planning to go for workation for around 25 days in Goa. This will be my first workation and i want to travel with minimal spending so that i never have to think about money or budget the next time when i'm planning workation anywhere in india, i have seen many people on youtube travelling with almost NO money, wanna try the same. What are some good places to stay like some good and cheap hostels if you can recommend in goa. What are some good and cheaper places for brunch and dinner in goa? Some mess or cafeteria etc? Maybe some tiffin services? Any other tips you can provide to travel with minimal expenses/spending without compromising much will be really helpful

Hey guys, Wanted to know your opinions and if someone has walked similar path before. I am in infrastructure engineering domain, want to transition into core backend with full stack. I have roamed around abroad and found really great quality of life - 1. Food quality is damn good! 2. Spending power when you travel with that currency to other parts of the world 3. Disciplined 4. Power of people, where the rules are same for all. You are just as powerful or weak as a politician in regards to upholding the law. I like these concepts and want to explore living abroad, learning cultures, traditions and people. I was thinking of getting into a Europe based company(understand the pay would be less but I get to roam EU countries with better work life balance) for my backend role and leave my current job to prepare for it as my entire day is sucked off by this current high paying job and it's not fun anymore Thoughts? Tldr - Not happy with my current life sucking role at startup. Have experienced better life abroad as a tourist. Want to switch to a job abroad and experience customs, traditions, people, culture, languages!

Folks I’m thinking of moving to Europe from India. I’m a software developer with 1.5 YOE. I want to move to Europe to explore different places in Europe and experience life outside India. My main goal is not to save a lot of money (I’ll be okay with saving as much as I save in India). I want to work outside India for a couple of years and then return back to India. What are your suggestions on moving to Europe? Which country is best for software developers in Europe at the moment? What are the companies in Europe that are sponsoring visa? I'm a self employed software engineer working as a remote contractor for a Berlin based German company. My employer is organizing a company-wide meet for 4 days in April. I also need to visit there. I've got a few queries. 1. Which VISA should I apply for, Business, Tourist or any other? 2. I also intend to stay there for 4 more days apart from 4 days of my official visit (total 8 days) to explore the country. If it's going to be a business VISA, can I also travel using my business visa as a tourist to other places in Germany? 3. If I want to stay there a bit longer as a tourist to explore the city and the country, will I need the invite with the extended dates or can I have the invite with the official dates, book departure flight of 4 days later and can stay 4 more days as a tourist to learn more about the city? 4. If I am provided with the lodgings accommodations for the 4 days from company's end, will I need to pre-book my lodgings accommodations for the rest of the 4 days before applying for the VISA? Been thinking about going for an international trip lately. Asked a bunch of friends, but it looks like it's just gonna be me. Anyone here who has travelled solo? Thoughts on those "Make My Trip" packages? Or any other cool recommendations?
