U.S. based companies in India which have good work culture are hiring currently?

I have been working at an Indian Unicorn for more than 2 years now. At a decent positon. Would want to make a career switch but overall culture, sentiment and work pressure in most Indian startups are downhill lately. Any suggestions for the switch?
