Ola seems to have deeply deprioritized the cabs business. I've heard it's profitable now for them (makes them cash), but seems like they're not scaling anymore.

Imagine how bad the current ride hailing experience have to be that Shoffr had to literally mention - "Our chauffeurs are friendly, don’t talk on the phone, and are incentivised on good behaviour" Anyone in BLR who have used Shoffr?
