Unable to learn and self study after getting job

Recently joined a company.We majorly work in c and c++ . It has been a few months since I joined the company but it feels like I haven't really learnt anything new nor am I contributing majorly in any way . In this time span I have rarely coded and it feels like it is affecting my career deeply, especially being a fresher in this domain.I want to know the possible ways to tackle this situation and what else that you guys recommend.

I have completed my B. Tech few days ago. Working in a small startup for 3lpa and I am not getting any projects to work. Initially I was trained to work in spring boot . Now they are told to learn devops and so I learnt them and now I'm not have any work related to cloud also.Sitting simply throughout the day. I have joined the company as intern in july 2023. Any Guidance what to do what to learn. I'm currently learning DSA. I have knowledge in spring boot, AWS and some devops concept.

Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Mostly getting bug fixing or some small feature implementation. I feel like I am not learning anything new. Can you guys suggest me what should I do in this situation as a new grad. Also considering the current market situation.

Currently working in a startup and contributing in data science projects. Learning is good but a lot of time goes down in meetings and discussions and I have to do late night work. Everyday starts to feel like the same and I am not able to get time for extra learning to enhance my knowledge and tech stack. Also thinking of company change but most of them need 3-4 years exp to the data science team. 😭

Hi viners, I am a 23 pass out and I joined an organisation from my college placements, which is a startup in a metro city which works on web dev and web3 domain basically. So in the first 6 months of my internship, I got some exposure of frontend, web3, solidity and then gained interest in backend. Later on when I got full-time offer, was deployed on a US based project where I am working on the profile of a 9 years experienced node js developer as a ghost developer since last 8 months and it has been smooth so far, I have handled most of the things and I am performing well, my manager is also quite impressed with me there but I am not seeing any personal growth or professional growth working there as it has reached kind of a saturation and I am not learning anything new. So, please help me out with some suggestions if you have any? And also now I am a 1+ years experienced full stack dev with knowledge of web3 and blockchain stack, so any job reccs will also be appreciated, as my priority is to switch as early as possible

I am 3.7 yoe backend engineer worked in nodejs hive mysql mongodb. Currently serving notice due to layoff . Interested to learn springboot as wanted to move to java backend but not getting time as also needs to learn interview concepts such as dsa lld etc also organization in Np giving task in frontend how to tackle this. Any suggestion would be appreciated

I am writing this with a lot of disappointment. I have been working in TCS from the past 3 years. I got allocated to a project which required very little technical knowledge. As a result of this, I have not gained any technical experience. I have been trying to learn DevOps. There isn’t a shortage of resources as there’s plenty of them online. However what I find the most challenging is that I am unable to create projects of my own. Most of the online tutorials do not spend quality time on teaching how to replicate them locally. Most of them are on cloud (AWS/Azure) which require a subscription. It wold be great to get some guidance on how to proceed with devops and how I can switch to the field without technical experience. Thanks in advance.

Basically the title. I have been working in the sales domain for more than 5 years and for the last couple of years, I absolutely hate it due to stress and lack of interest. I have been learning python inconsistently for the last 1 year but now I have shifted my gears and learning statistics and ways to implement it on the real world problems through Python. Internal transfer is almost impossible as it is a pure sales organisation which outsource equipment from China and sell it here. I am a little bit concerned about my efforts and time which I am dedicating for the learning as I have gone through various articles and similar LinkedIn profiles and found one point of commonality i.e. Almost everyone had undergone a course based certification from Learning Sites such as Upgrad, Simplilearn etc. this questions my process of learning and making me worried about my decision to go on a self learning path. I don't have any Godfather in companies or good friends through whom I can at least apply for a refer. All I can do is to apply directly over the website. Would like to know your opinion?

I was working in startup as reactjs developer but my role is not that great in company there are both technical and non technical work, learning in previous is not that great. my question is how i survive in new company without that much of experience? please help..

I have been at a company since 2.6 yrs as a founding engineer (joined here as a fresher). I am a graduate from IIT Delhi. I am paid well (50 LPA cash + decent stocks). The work culture of where I am is pretty amazing (5-6 hrs work, 5 days a week), WFH. Since I joined when the company was growing, I am well respected. I would also go in length to say that I don't expect the culture to be this good anywhere else. However it has been pretty boring lately, the work is very monotonous ( I am a backend engineer with pretty decent technical skills). I think I have little opportunity to grow here. What should I do ? PS: I got interview calls from various startups but most of them are just matching my salary but after doing some research I see that they are demanding lots of work (12 hrs, sometimes weekends included)
