Validate my idea: single chat Interface for all LLMs
Hey everyone, I'm currently thinking of building an AI chat interface that brings all the popular LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. under one platform. But I'm unsure if there's a need for any such product. Could you please help me with a few questions? - Do you often use more than one LLM? - If you already use ChatGPT, why do you need another one? - How much are you willing to pay given the UX is solid? - Does it make sense to have a product like this in the already crowded market? - Should I play on price vs UX? Thank you!
Perplexity is better. It gives option to select the model but also does chain of thought in the middle.
I literally have the same thing built and deployed just for myself.
Have OpenAI models, Llama, Gemini and Gemma, Mixtral etc. May being in haiku sometime soon.

I was trying to build it months ago, couldn't find a developer willing to work on it with me. They didn't believe it was a big enough market opportunity.
Now there's already a few people doing this with products in the market. Right from API aggregation to output aggregation and parallel generation.
Study the competitors that already exist right now. See if you can fill any gaps they can't. But you're pretty late to the party imo, difficult to innovate now without your competitors copying and outdoing you with more resources.
and buddy if you are willing and interested in building something in genai space, join hands with a non technical co-founder like me :)
