They are trying these things but ultimately they shouldn’t forget

1. The customer base is still insignificant and limited to tier 1 and 2 cities
2. People will and do go to malls for shopping. One cant take away the thrill of touching clothes and trying new designs at Zara or H&M
3. They will never be able to eradicate or replace the existing local shops significantly

There entire existence is based on the fact of convenience, too much nonsense like this and they will be ditched

I already havent ordered a single thing from myntra, swiggy, or zomato in over 1.5 years now. Even ditched blinkit unless something very essential comes up
