What is salary range for Technical Product Owner at Deutsche Bank?

I'm working at a B2B Startup as a Marketing Manager. I'm offered the shares of the company (vested across 2 years) and a decent pay. The work-life balance is good, and the job is fully remote (subjective though). 

I'm planning to deep dive into becoming a Product Manager after my 2 years vesting period is over. 

Any estimate on the payscale that I can expect?

Any other insights regarding role switch would also be highly appreciated.

I recently received a job offer for a Software Development Engineer 2 (SD2) position in Mumbai, and I'm seeking some insights and advice on evaluating the offer. Had to move to India because of personal reasons. Here are the details of the offer:

Location: Mumbai
Role: Software Development Engineer 2 (SD2)
Compensation: 22 Lakhs per annum (LPA) + 1.5 Lakhs in stocks
Years of Experience (YOE): 4 years, with a master's degree

While I'm excited about the opportunity, I want to ensure that the offer aligns with industry standards and my qualifications. Therefore, I'm reaching out to the community for feedback on whether this offer is competitive for someone with my experience and education level in Mumbai.

Additionally, if the offer seems to be on the lower end, I would appreciate advice on how to negotiate and potentially counter the offer. I'm particularly interested in strategies for negotiating a higher salary, additional benefits, or stock options.

Career growth has been IC, EM, SEM and now in the DE/HE with responsibilities to manage teams, forecast budgets,  define and execute technical roadmap. Pretty hands on when it comes to architecture, mobility and devops. If anyone could chip in the current market value with Variable and ESOPs that would be appreciated

Yeah.. mid yeat bonus time.. so obviously the economy has slowed down. I thibk it will pick up after oct. Next slow down will come around april next year. This is cyclical.  
 Any time now a ceo/md will come and say we need to work twice as hard inorder to survive this , " perform or perish".. etc. 
 Since y2k, the end of world has become a cliche.
