Wanted to understand from marketers how do they consider student marketing in their current company

Context: I was doing a study/research on student marketing scenario in India for startups as well as MNCS, Old FMCGS, needed some inputs if the marketing professionals on GV are also doing some initiatives in their current company - if yes, what kind of initiatives are you doing or if you plan to do so what would be the ideal use case?
