What Are The AI Tools You Used For Your Startup Business?

I am sure some folks are using Gen Ai very well. I wanna know what all you are doing which which tools 1. Making sales and corporate Ppts 2. Making marketing reporting 3. Written content 4. Image content 5 creating excel reports and good charts and illustrations Any other areas where you are using and which tools or resources can be used to learn it

A couple days back I created a lead magnet worth 120 pages using AI. Some small tweaks and it is something even I would find incredibly useful. All I had to know was what I want, some Figma skills and how to write prompts. Copywriting was the most of a marketer. If a machine can also do that, then where do we build our MOAT. Would love to know more senior folks Kudos if you work in a startup 🚀

I've got a product that I want to try and sell to the US audience. I am terrible when it comes to marketing and sales. More of an engineer at heart. I tried my hand at finding affiliate marketers with not much luck. The problem is I don't know how to find them. Currently trying to find Influencers on Instagram who can talk about the product. But they're all too expensive.

Long-ish post but I’m just thinking out loud here: When you’re working in content, you’re always looking for expert insights for your blogs, whitepapers etc. but there are many roadblocks (finding the right person, constant follow ups, too busy to collaborate) and even on platforms like HARO, Qwoted etc. you get AI generated replies. What if there’s a tool that automatically creates a list of industry experts you can reach out to, along with extracting their contact info by using AI (analysing their LI, web presence etc.). The tool can also create a personalised email outreach sequence to avoid multiple follow ups too. You can eliminate guesswork and reach out to people who can actually provide meaningful contributions to your piece. And for SMEs, instead of scheduling long meetings they can just receive a form with focused questions relevant to the topic where they just respond via text or voice notes. It saves time and ensures fruitful collabs. Is this an idea worth exploring or should this just be left alone as a 2am thought? Honest opinions pls, be as brutal as y’all can be :)

Team is less than 10 people still, slowly growing. Net profit could be higher, that's top priority to work on now. Total cash invested by founders was 15L over 3-4 years. Yearly revenue : 2019 - less than 30k 20 - 1.5L (after pivot) 22 - 50L Getting to the first lakh and then to 10 lakhs was probably the most challenging part. We thought of shutting down multiple times, struggled through multiple fights between founders. Glad we didn't stop working and pulled through. This is my 4th or 5th attempt at starting up. Except for 1, other attempts didn't even get to incorporation stage. Would love to hear from other bootstrappers and their experience.
