Systems Engineer here looking to adding another skill in addition to(not in replacement with) my current backend one.

Wanted to know what were the different certification options are available to me if I wanted to upskill and be taken seriously for it, rather than another engineer riding a fad.

Based on my preliminary research I am consider these-
1. Andrew Ng course on ML
2. AWS ML certification 
3. Google Cloud ML certification
4. Upgrad ML Executive PG

Not sure about market applicability of 1, 2 and 3 I fear would box me into that specific cloud environment and 4 is just too damn pricy in addition to having no idea about market applicability.

I have an MBA in finance and I'm currently working as a QA data analyst at Wells Fargo.
I have a previous 1 year 3 months workex as an Android developer in a startup company (I'm a CS undergrad).

The current role I'm working in requires coding in python to automate Excel files we get to check certain data standards for compliance and validate Excel files based on some standards. Mostly even manual validation of excel files. 

I want to switch my job to work in good ML projects with finance as my domain, for this I have made a strategy:
1. Get a FRM level 1 certification (for the CV to get shortlisted)
2. Learn ML on Kaggle and solve problem sets as a way to prepare for the interviews of ML roles.
3. I'm considering to get an FDP certification as well. (https://fdpinstitute.org/Curriculum-Overview)

My concerns now are:
1. Is the above a valid startegy to crack a fin ML role? (please suggest if anything better)
2. Is FDP a good certification (I know it's not much heard of, but the curriculum is good)
3. What kind of companies and roles can I apply for if add these CV points and if I can get skilled in the above? 

Please do give me your inputs. Any kind of suggestions are appreciated.

I am to move into an ML platform engineering team a few months down the line.  Most job opportunities for an ML platform engineer mentions strong knowledge of kubernetes, Kubeflow/ML flow, API design and deployment along with coding language(usually Java, python or Go). 
Are there any must read resources which could help me while upskilling for this role? I already have access to O'Reilly and have read and practiced most of the exercises on Kubernetes.

2022 graduate here, working as a software engineer.
I feel that software engineering has less to do big in future compared to Ai/ML. Need your thoughts on what are my possibilities and pros cons on choosing different paths.

1. Stick to software engineer, will get promoted in some time and i can utilise some skills developed during this year and past internship. 

For next two paths, i will need to study as I don't know much about Ai/ML. Please suggest resources and way if you thing these could be good.

2. Switch teams in Google to some Ai/ML team.

3. Switch firm to some startup on Ai and can learn more things there. If this, then are companies out there how can will consider my this experience, i would want more pay than what i am earning as of now.

I am a 2023 Graduate Working as a QA engineer in a Startup I hate my work around there , too much expectations even if I withstand I get no appreciation
That in recent days has Been a killer of my Motivation

So I wanted to Explore stuff and move to development , I had a talk with my Elder Cousin she said dev is fine but keeps looking into Analytics or ML 

So I also heard almost everywhere that ML jobs are not for freshers, only PG Guys get jobs in ML and B.Tech Fresher don't get ML Jobs and Stuff

So I wanted to opinion on what to learn whether to start ML(I have no prior experience)  is it worth it to get a job? 
Or should I start learning again dev i.e Java+Spring boot Stack

I have 10+ years of experience and I am lead level. I was not open for managerial position. Now I am feeling stuck at one place. I am thingking of getting post graduation/ adanvced cource in either AI or machine learning. Or should I go for management course. Plesse guide.

I recently started working as a Data Analyst after my undergraduate in Engineering. My work concerns mostly building, testing and tracking ML models for Finance Industry (usually classic ML and not Deep Learning). 

I wanted to hear from people who have been in this field for some time. How does one grow themselves in this field of work. Had a few specific questions but would love to hear if you have anything more to tell.

1. Where are the high paying and interesting jobs? Big Banks, Software MNCs, or Startups? Which of these should I target to reach to get interesting (preferably advanced ML) work and pay?
2. Is learning new concepts and building personal projects a good way to learn and demonstrate my abilities or is there a better way to develop and present my skills?
3. Is an MS from foreign universities extremely important for good growth in career?
4. Should I try switching to SDE role? (I don't have big preference for either SDE or ML, I just happened to land a ML job)
