JusPay is actually insane. They're facing tough competition tho.
My real problem with them is that their Customer Service is laggard imo. Felt better white glove service with other providers.
They are enterprise merchants facing and seems support is focused towards that? Are you from mid-tail segment and felt the service is not at par?
