I suggest you study cat 1 angel funds in India. With this budget, if you can fund a good VC fund like better capital, Java, Blume, merisis, etc it will be ideal as entry point is INR 25 lacs and you can invest across 10-15 startups vetted by professionals in that. Let an expert save you the anxiety. You can always backrest their returns and strategy as they will showcase a startup before letting you invest and its flexible and you can say no to some and yes to what you like although you should invest in all the funds startups to mitigate risk . Dont go for angel networks or syndicates as their selection of startups isn't really great mostly
