What are the most important factors while Switching team internally?
I’m new to the industry and don’t have any friends at my company. Would really appreciate if you could share your take on what all should I be considering while considering a switch to a new team? Guessing advice on this can help us all across IT companies
You want to ideally find out
1. How much scope there is for a promotion a year or two down the line in that team.
2. Reputation of the team leads. If they are toxic you will never have a great time.
