A) Absolutely nobody gives a fuck about your extra curriculars. Don't ever waste space on resume for it. Seriously, nobody cares, I swear. B) Work on a project that requires hosting microservices on AWS. Something as simple as hosting springboot REST APIs on AWS through say ECR+ECS with clear CI/CD on bitbucket or GitHub. The project must be something that people would use and requires you to optimize for the usecase. This will give you all the skills you'd need to land a great job and be set for life.
C) Leadership is not something anyone gives a fuck about coming from a college student just entering the job market. Leadership comes into play when you are getting promoted to a senior role and such
D) Always remember, you are not smart enough. Keep studying and upskilling.

Work on idea for 2-3 years.
Start a totally new group at college level, build structure for that, hire folks across levels one example is AI/ML club, you don't need to be expert in that the idea is to build something from scratch.
Start NGO, do the same as above.
Innovation- innovate something which can be used by masses.
