What do they look for in the automated behavioral interview
Went through HSBC’s behavioral interview(1st round). It was a set of ~50 questions which had to be completed in 16 mins. Questions were about choosing 2 best options from 3. Has anyone given such interview? What exactly they look for in such interview? Wasn’t selected, so confused what exactly was expected.
I find them odd too. The worst bit is that there is no way to find out where one could actually go wrong.
