What is that one career skill which is very important yet highly underated?

What is the most underrated skill to be a great product manager? Mine has always been the ability to make friends with people at the office. SWEs, other PMs etc

Hey product folks, how do you guys keep tabs on your competitors? What information do you generally look for? Being from a tech background, I go in-depth on everything like website changes, new marketing campaign launch, using their product, new product launches, new hiring posts (possibility of expansion), annual reports etc. in depth. I spend a lot of time doing this, and it gets too immersive sometimes, deviating me from my work. Are there any tools that can help automate this?

I have 7 years of experience in IT with Mobile technology especially iOS. But now I can see there is not a big, long run and easy adaptive market in future to stick with technology. People with 3-4 years of experience can do the same what I am doing now. Although I have Team build and project management skills also but those are another level of headache. I have some experience with back end Tecnologies also and I love technical work and problem solving things. So I want to know want to know what I need to start learning next which is in high demand and high in pay and what are the various steps to learn those things. Some suggest AI, ML things some suggest Cloud Computing etc but nobody know what’s it way to grow with it. So I need your help with some brief short guidance for what I need to learn next. I am open for It.

What is one extremely important skill/quality to possess to be a good founder?

Hey community folks, I wanted to know which approach is best or you tried yourself while trying to switch. I know trends are like either going for product based companies (Amazon, Microsoft, Intel) or going for Management consultancy companies (like Bain, BCG). What should one aim for career growth wise.
