What is the best startup to work with right now ?

So i have been searching for a job ,2023 grad ,curr working as cloud operations engineer. 10 months into it , i knw people will ask why jump so soon ? So it’s definitely not about money , from the college I wanted learn and develop things but here i am not able to do because it’s a operation role . Looking a change and grow my skills in development field , grow my self and my skills and be a bit happy that yes i am learning and doing something that contributes. Skills : C++, java , linux , a bit of backend development, ML & Data analyst Current salary : 8 lpa base I am looking for Some sde type role , compensation can be between 9-15 lpa
