What makes founders/ top management hate WFH?
I mean it can help save a shit ton on rent and other expenses for running a office. So why exactly do they hate it?

The inability to micromanage and control
Personal experience during lockdown - remote work just ensures BAU. If something strategically innovative or pathbreaking needs to be achieved, huddling together, brainstorming & exchanging thoughts and having immediate access to each other is important
Same question I had posted a few days back but did not get responses. Let alone by any management level person. Genuinely seeking answers to this.
It's the local govt that's forcing corporates RTO as that will increase local revenue and may provide indirect employment: cab drivers, house help, support staff in office, etc.
