What motivates to do your job with enthusiasm everyday?

I have around decade of work in IT sector, have decent pay but can't seem to like my work anymore. Is it because

• of fully remote work? No outside interaction
• I'm in the wrong career. No passion for domain
• this is natural? Happens to everyone
• I need a break ? Burnout
