What salary range should i expect after completing 4 years in an MNC.
I work as a data analyst(Power BI) mainly. Its 4 year now , thinking of switching company. What salary range should i ask for and what tech stack should i learn for better salary? Or how do i plan my learning to get maximum salary in data analyst/ engineer role.
It's very unfortunate, but the truth is, your new salary would depend on your old salary. I won't say all but many companies do that.
