Being a lowest college graduate fresher got an opportunity to work for 5-6 people company. They are giving no laptop and payment.
1. If WFH, need to work on my laptop, internet etc and everything.
2. If WFO, they will give system to work in office.  But travelling, food, accommodation and everything else I will have to give from my pocket (which obviously cannot be afforded)

Please suggest what to do.
I'm a fresher aiming to work in Fronted technologies ( and learning the same)

Are you getting underpaid?! I know it sucks🤦🏻

1. Most of the time it sucks because you're comparing and that'll always take your joy. In some cases, you're not underpaid but someone else is overpaid. 
 2. When you don't have a job, you'll appreciate being a bit underpaid too. 
 3. Not all people can take the risk of standing against the organizations. 
 4. Indian labour laws suck and that's why the culture of fair compensation is just a joke. 
 P.s.: Everyone should know their 'market' value and they should always aim for the highest of the range.

I am 24 grad ( btech ) . Joined a company as a intern in 4th year . 9 months they gave training as etl pipeline and sql ( not Interesting but not bad also ). So after internship , I got converted but I then transfered to qa team of a different project. They told That I need to do manual testing for 6 months. I asked the reason , they told that for now they couldn't get approval for a concrete role for me for data engineering. I feel like resigning but I don't have offer . What to do ?

I'm doing internship in a company, I got a full time offer from another company, I want to resign from my internship, they are not allowing me to resign, and my full time company want me to join them as the opportunity is fully remote i can join but I'm worried about epf account. I am a final year student and will be graduating in may and I am now confused because I have been doing internships now for more than a year, first internship was of 6 months as an backend developer and now second internship is still going on and this March 3 I will complete 8 months here as an ML Intern, and now my current company which is a startup has told that they will think about my PPO when they will raise series A in April may and they have hired many senior engineers and have expanded the than to size of 40 and now I have got an another intern position at an YC startup, so what should I do, should I join there as an intern considering the stipend is same which is ₹45k  per month and it is also remote but the problem is I will be graduating and I don't have a full time offer, I do have skills but still not having an full time offer bugs me, what should I do please? give some advice.

Hi, I interned at a startup for frontend developer for 6 months, January was my last working month as I had my college exams and this startup still hasn't transferred my unpaid salary for January, I called the owner today and he was saying that he will not give salary because he did not like quality of work. He had fired 3-4 people citing the same reason in previous months and they still have not received their salary.

I told him that I will proceed legally and he threatened me that I can call whosoever I want and in return he would mail my college to block me from placements and will not give experience letter

What should I do?

So I interviewed for a local startup kind of and they gave me task which I completed in around like 2 weeks and now they are starting my stipend but I feel like after accepting the offer that company wouldn't be beneficial for me since it is local startup not from metro city and the technologies they are using are also kind of old is what I belive, so what should I do and since I have been jobless for long time because I was unsure of what to do next so I don't want to let go of this opportunity please help!!!

I’ve been working in an early-age startup as a frontend developer and am about to complete 2 years in 1 month. This is my first job. I want to quit immediately and then look for a job by doing some good preparation but I am so confused about what to do. I am actively applying. I am leaving this company coz there’s no increment this year also I have to switch projects frequently. I’ve worked on an MVP alone but the work is not organized like mid-level startups, big startups or MNCs.

My question is simple. Should I leave and then start looking for jobs actively or I should stay here until the job market recovers?

Should I quit my job?

I am not able to decide which one to choose. The Groww internship is guaranteed that if I perform well I will get PPO(15 LPA) and swiggy one is dicy if even it does have PPO. Since only one more month is left for my graduation, taking any of these internships will require me to leave the FTE offer. Any suggestions fellow developers??

As a intern, what is the most impactful work which you did for your company ?

I got placed in september 2022. It was only the 2nd company to visit the campus and after getting placed i wasn't allowed to sit for any more placement drives (college rules). 

I received the offer letter and my internship started in February. i was to be FTE by August. After 1 month of internship they sent me another offer letter stating that I will be FTE by October. Now it's January, i am still an intern and I feel like i haven't learned anything at all and even forgotten most of what i knew. i have no motivation at all. My resume isn't getting shortlisted to any companies. i don't know what to do. i have been applying on linkedin and indeed but no luck.

I am a 2023 graduate and I have joined the company in 2022 as Software Development Intern. I have completed my internship and working as a full time. The environment of the company is very toxic and there is too much politics (even in getting user stories).
I want to switch company so badly, but i don't know why I am not getting interview calls and revert back from any company.
I daily apply for atleast 2-3 companies, I have good profile on leetcode, good projects.

Can someone please guide me what should I do to make a switch.

What should I do?

Previously I worked in Persistent Systems for 2 years. Recently my hr called me to share the screen and resign. They have given me 7 days time to submit laptop and all the assets, leave the company. I just want to understand can't we do anything if they asked to do force resign. Because I have been in this company for 2 years, past 6 months they started doing this for atleast 40 employees per month only from my branch Hyderabad . Now it has become per week because they don't have projects and lot of projects are going to end in few months and already few projects moved out because when I spoked with senior in the company they are saying projects signed for 5 year's contract has now not interested to move. I asked  why because of internal company politics, favouritism, fake and backdoor employees, over commitment due to these projects are not delivered in given deadline. How employees Will look for another oppurtunity in 7 days, also in my case when said to my recruiter that I am laid off they didn't schedule interview call then I changed my plan started saying them that I am having offer of A from x company going to join in next 15 days, then they shared scheduling interview. 
Won't there be any legal action we can take on employer as an employee in this cases.
