What should I do to get referrals?

I am a fresher. I am from tier 2 college and currently in my final year. I am not sure if my projects are good but I have done freelance work in web development. And i am doing leetcode everyday. I have 2 on campus offers but am not satisfied with it. I just want an opportunity. Please share your experience how you get referrals and what should I do.....

I have a one-year gap in my employment history. I graduated in 2021 and subsequently joined Accenture, resigning in April 2023. Given this gap, I am seeking clarification on my eligibility to apply to other companies. Your insights and guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Brief intro about myself- I am a male 3rd year undergrad at IITD, not from a circuital department. Companies such as Amazon, Google, Flipkart and Adobe have already hired students from campus but they filter students via branch i.e. unless you're in CS, Maths or Electrical it's close to impossible to land an internship in SDE. Most top students in CS go for HFT companies but still recruiters prefer low GPA CS students over somebody from say mechanical or chemical. I've solved around 200 problems on leetcode/CF and I want to apply to companies by myself off-campus from January. How should I go about it and what are things I should be doing along with my college academics to increase my chances of landing an internship?!

My FTE offer got revoked while waiting for onboarding. I've been trying to get a job for months, but I'm not getting any calls. I would be grateful if someone could refer me. I have 6 months of internship experience. My stack is .NET & MERN. I also have some decent open-source contributions.

I am a 2023 grad. I joined a startup but it is asking me to look for new opportunities. I interview at Zeta and recieved an offer. I also have an offer from Service Now. Current compensation: 21 TC (16 base) Zeta : 17 TC(16 base) not ready to increase even after counter offer Service Now: 23 TC(15 base) Hear lot of bad things about zeta like silent layoffs, 0% hike this year and we need to go to office 5 days a week where as it is hybrid at service now. Zeta has better learning and that is the only upside of it. Would love to hear some feedback.
