What was the most amazing thing a company did for you?

Once let me go home at 7pm

Got an off on Women's Day and a special hamper or package on small things. Spent 6 months there and got 2 special hampers and a lot of "personal development" allowance that we could spend on gym and other things. I earn a lot more now and can afford all of those things, but this always has a special place in my heart

I come from a non core engineering background. My department was usually looked down upon by everyone; A lot of software companies didn't even open for our department. So I would say the best thing a company did for me was to take a bet on me by considering and then selecting me for their role. That one opportunity has been a career defining moment for me. Coz after all those years noone asks me my department. All my past companies and the work I did there speaks for itself.
