Bro hold your ETH on L2, you can hold wrapped assets on other chains also. You can buy bitcoin also. Just dyor on wrapped assets (WBTC,WETH)

And bastards have very specific requirements of doc uploads. U have to have original pan card with you and only take its photo. No existing screenshots or soft copies work.

Before this it happened twice.
Once because they would not verify an uploaded Aadhar card scanned copy. Kept saying they couldn't read it. Same thing worked everywhere else.

And before that they locked me out because of ProtonMail ban.

The listing takes places so late as compared to ither international exchanges. This leads to a massive lag(for the lack of better word) in hopping onto listing gains train. Any particular reason? 

Now that the bull run is about to come back and botht he number of users and transactions are increasing, everyday exchanges keep going down. I mean it's not like you guys are new or something and it's getting really really annoying to say the last at this point. Please hire good developers (no, I'm not one of them and wouldn't like to work for an exchange either)

What's the craziest way you've made money ?

At start of 2020 was transitioning to a new job. Got FnF of 1.3L from prev. job in March of that year.  
  
 Unwittingly YOLOed all of it into crypto (ETH, MATIC, UNI). Over the next year it grew to ~85L. Withdrew all, paid taxes and put the lumpsum ~50L in mutual funds and FDs on dad's advice. Not gonna get lucky like that ever again.

A few people who are in advanced stages of the process and/or have offers from slice have been asking me whether it's a good idea to join.

My answer has always been consistent and I'm posting this so that people have more clarity.

Good folks are leaving in droves which is why they are trying to fill in some roles fast.

The company doesn't have a proper CTO, with engineering being managed by two people, one the head of analytics and data science being the 'people mananger' who is highly under-qualified for the job, and the second a toxic and borderline abusive character who is the 'chief architect'.

On top of that, there are some AHs from Bizops who'll do everything to blame you if things go wrong and steal credit if things are good, making your day worse rest of the time.

The critical Glassdoor reviews are totally true, and present points in an elaborate manner, while the few positive ones are clearly planted with 1-2 lines written for each.
Plus the company is suppressing many reviews with the help of community guidelines.

Your package might have a generous ESOP component, but it is bloated and the company is looking to raise the next round at a highly diminished valuation.

There are more things in life than a few lakhs of extra base pay, for your long term well being.

I'm speaking about it openly since I left the org for a better opportunity recently and I don't want people to suffer more.
