Currently it seems like a WhatsApp group of ~ 15 people interacting with each other. Not sure how does the platform intends to grow

Just to answer the post, grapevine has around 14k downloads, around 50/50 iOS Android.
Assuming a thirty day churn of 90% I would guess a DAU of max 1400, most likely in the 500-1000 range.
Not a lot for sure but forums tend to have more people who read than those who write
