What's happening with Jupiter

I have been using Jupiter and Fi for a year, The FI User experience is pretty good and smooth, not happy with their rewards and cashback but still it's simple to use, and integrating the other financial accounts also never had any issues with payments. But I still prefer using my ICICI, it feels secure to have money in my ICICI account rather in any Neo bank, I think Neo banks need to infuse the confidence and trust into their existing customers rather than forcing them to maintain balance or certain range of amount in their account to avail benefits , it's kinda of imposition. Even though I don't get any extra benefits from using my ICICI account, i still prefer it because it's just a call away for any kind of issue resolution, Neo banks don't provide instant real time customer support which always puts customers on the negative side . Why don't neobanks spend less on Integration of fancy things into their apps and more on real-time resolutions ? I mean in the end everyone should feel safe and satisfied. Stopped using many apps due to excessive bots integration 🚶
