Where are they giving out 4-6?
That sounds like a dream right now tbh
I've given 4 interviews and got selected in all them since yesterday and the most I've been offered is 2.4 atm
With 2.4 being the maximum in their salary range...
So even 4 sounds like a good thing as of now

The company is good and the founder is interested in giving me a full time role. So, I want to know how much salary I should negotiate with him given that I don't have an MBA in marketing and this is my first internship after graduation. What's the general range for freshers like in India?

And also how does one get clients from abroad in the marketing field in case they want to start freelancing?

For freshers in HR or similar fields, I've tried going with the company sites but often there are no jobs available there for most companies
Would like your help to secure a job in mumbai!

What Job portals are recommended?

I wanted to know if a person has 3 years of experience i.e., 2 in social media management and 1 year in HR 
Is 20k per month good in Mumbai? 
Should I look for other opportunities?

I have 3.4 years of work ex in a different domain and now I wish to switch to HR.
Quit my job recently and took a break initially. Today I received an offer for an HR internship.
However, If I start again from scratch, then I might be earning less. My younger sister who just started her career in HR few months back has a permanent job and I have an internship. It would take me a long time to earn a decent amount.

How should I plan my transition now, any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I also thought to prepare for cat and pursue mba degree, however these top colleges charge way too high fees. My mother is a single parent and I wish to earn instead of leaving my internship/job and pursue mba for two years.

Any insights here would be greatly appreciated, I'm very tensed.

Just got a job Offcampus... With an okayish pay... Good work culture + wfh as far as I have heard... But currently my parents are constantly pressurising me to look for another job. I don't want to currently I am done giving interviews. So that's why I was thinking of switching after 4 months. 

I would love to stay here for long time but the pay is the problem. I am just in a regret that my one of my offer got revoked which was actually with a good enough pay and now I have to settle with this one. 

But I am feeling bad to even think that I am gonna switch in just 4 5 months. I will be treated as a fresher only in the market... How is it going to affect my career if I switch early? 

Pay would be the only motivation to switch, people here are quite okay well mannered non toxic. NP 2 months

My sister has done MBA in human resources and has been working as a recruiter. For last couple of months she is trying to switch but there are not enough opportunities out there or she is not getting calls for any of them. She has two years of experience.

Need help with HR Roles!

Hey everyone, seeking some career advice here. So, I've been grinding away in the risk domain at a big financial services MNC for about 2 years now ( have total experience of 5 years from similar companies), pulling in around 30 lakhs INR. Recently, I got a bit curious about what else is out there, so I started poking around. But here's the kicker – every HR rep I chat with says my pay is cool, but they're eyeing up MBA grads from fancy schools for the budget I'm looking out for. 

Thing is, I know my stuff. I've snagged awards, jumped up the ladder faster. But now I'm starting to sweat about whether my lack of an MBA is gonna bite me in the rear down the line. Plus, with all the chatter about layoffs, I'm low-key freaking about whether my gig here is as solid as I thought. 

Any advice on how to navigate this maze? Should I bite the bullet and go for that MBA, or stick to my guns and trust that my track record speaks for itself? Appreciate any wisdom y'all can drop!

Anyone hiring fresher with experience of 5 months

Hi, I am a 21yr old interested in Talent Acquisition as a career path but I am also interested in making a lot of money (50LPA+) as I progress in the field. 

I’ve done my research using Glassdoor & Levels.fyi but I want to hear from real people on whether such a salary is possible in Talent Acquisition specifically at Director or Sr. Manager Level? (so like 10-15 years down the line for me). I know HRBP pays more but I can’t be arsed to plan parties (employee engagement) or keep attendance trackers (performance review), I enjoy matching talented people with the right companies more.
