Senior PM CTC

I have been working as an APM at a series C startup for the last 1 year. I did my MBA from a tier 1 college. Worked as a full stack developer for 2 years before that.

Am I underpaid? What would be a fair market compensation.

Should I try getting another PM job in a different company  or switch back to being a dev. ( Not liking PM that much, the dev role was a better experience.)

I am a frontend engineer in a startup with a CTC of 7. I am also from a tier 3 engineering college graduated last month.
I want to become a product manager in the future. 
So my question is what things I should to achieve my goal. Will doing an MBA help me, if yes which is more better MBA from old IIM’s, ISB or global MBA ?

I am in my second year of MBA at one of the IIM LKI. Due to the bad economy my campus placements have taken a hit similar to ISB and IIM B. The worst part is I am not understanding where I am going wrong. As per my understanding I gave an exceptional interview to one of top Indian IT services but I still wasn't hired in spite of having an IT background with 3 years work ex in IT services 

Tech interviews were easy. You either know the answer or you don't 

I asked one of my seniors. He said they mostly look for culture fit!!!

I don't understand MBA interviews

I am a 2023 graduate and a product Enthusiast. I am from a top tier NIT but unfortunately no companies come for PM roles. I have no idea why. I have a placement in a very good company and a very good salary but im not satisfied because its not in Product. 

What are my options, what do I do? I am not at all interested in another rat race to the IIMs and MBA degrees. 
I just want to work and hustle. 

What can I do??

What is the CTC breakup for a recent IIM grad joining as a Program Manager in Amazon ? I believe the CTC is around 45LPA

BTech degree in EEE from a tier 1 university and a total of 2 YoE. Been working as a project manager (sadly my title was customer success manager). Appraisals in a month. Would appreciate feedback and inputs.

Have done good product management interns
( 6 interns at good companies- healthtech , skilltech , B2B SAAS , Fintech, Edtech (1 unicorn 3 good companies))
Short term goal is to work in product
Long term do startup 
Believe to easily get a package around 16 lpa (PPO on campus)
