What's wrong with the hiring department?
Applied for a few roles..one may get selected or not is okay but not giving a response to emails and messages is arrogance of the department. itna kya karte hai ye log Jo aspirants ko reply nhai dete
Not to defend recruiters as they do shitty stuff too but keep in mind that you may be one of 100s of applicants or sometimes even 100s of interviewees. Sometimes, they just take their sweet time replying.
