Where to go after Google?
Google L4 Program Manager, roughly 30 LPA TC excluding stocks, where could I go next and get a decent hike while maintaining some semblance of WLB, 5 days X 9 hours with some stretch once or twice in a quarter.

7 years, used to be a recruiter for first 4 years of these. Program Manager experience is low. Companies - 2 startups, one was no name sub 5 Crore revenue, the other one was 600 crore revenue when I left (first program manager role was here). Google exp is 2 years.
Try for startups by ex faang or big in tech startups ...you can easily find a compensation around 35 lpa
30 lpa only at L4 level?
Can u give details about stocks and vesting conditions?
Stocks is roughly 5-5.5 lacs/year for next 3 years, rest depends on refreshers.
Having less than 7 years and being a recruiter for the first 4 years and having a base of 30 + 30 Esops i am guessing. Bro/madam nobody is going to pay you 60 for a role that’s easily replaceable.
Rest and vest at Google. In other places like startups Program Managers are laughed at and are only required to arrange for team outings and stuffs like that.
Seems like PayU will suit you, I work at payU payment, here the average base program managers are getting is between 30-45 LPA.
The lead program manager's base is 42 LPA + 15% bonus.

How does one become program manager?
Any place where you can get a good TC bump. 30 lpa for L4 is below average tbh.
