All apps work fine 24*7. It's just the drivers wo turn off the apps during peak hours. So the question is wrong.

But It depends on the commission taken by these ride apps otherwise we would have only one app.

Namma yatri doesn't take any commission. Auto drivers turn off the apps so they can overcharge customers than what they get with these apps - during rains, office time, waiting at hosp etc

Rapido works, but you have to add a hefty tip beforehand. And it may already be more expensive than Ola or Uber pre-tip
