Some companies I heard of, Airmeet Inmobi Simplilearn Spotdraft
Source for Inmobi? Btw many companies have made culture toxic so it’s hard to stay and performance layoff is never ending
I'm from inmobi. I can confirm that silent firing is happening. I see people leaving the groups in teams(even senior managers) and then I wonder why they left the group and I search for their profile and I don't find it. They're gone without any goodbye/farewell mail. That's firing right there because we have a culture of throwing farewell parties.
Oh wow. Sad to see once an employee friendly company doing this
Lots of companies doing it in the name of "bad performance"
Include Deloitte also
Which location? Didn't heard anything about Deloitte
You won’t hear as such, they do play some tactics to not loose their reputation. They create immense work pressure to the employees and if they fail to deliver in time, then they were moved under pip where they finally terminate them
Paytm to khulle aam kar rhi firing March se
Uska to dukaan hi band kar diya RBI ne. Itna fraud karega to yahi hoga
