Which company better in terms of job security, work culture and compensation in between EPAM & LTIMindtree for experienced employee?

Hi all, please help me decide to chose from the offers below. Currently infosys at 13.9 lpa. Current experience 4.5 yrs. 1. Publicis Sapient - 22.7 lpa, 5% variable. Hybrid, Bangalore. 2. EPAM Anywhere - 21 lpa, all fixed. Remote.

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Got offers from these two companies. TCS is offering 2 lacks more thank LTIM. At LTIMindtree I have to go to office 2-3 days/week but in TCS everyday. Suggestions are appreciated.

Hello People, I have around 4.5 yrs of experience and received two offers, EPAM systems and Deloitte USI. Tech stack - AEM with Java development EPAM offers better compensation compared to Deloitte. Which one would be good, according to you guys? P.s. Share whatever you know good, bad, pros, cons. Location is Pune for both.

Hi All. Before I provide offer details, a little something about me. - 9 Years experience. - Current Company - Mphasis. - 14 LPA CTC. - Worked in mostly Financial Services on Business, Data side. I have a couple of offers from Marlabs and LTI Mindtree, respectively. Offer details below. Marlabs - INR 19 LPA. All fixed. - Bangalore - Consultant Profile (Grade C2) - not sure about how immediate client side deployment will happen. - have a lot of Health and Medical industry clients. LTI Mindtree - INR 22 LPA. 20 LPA fixed. 2 LPA Variable. Unsure what has been last 2 year trend on Variable Payout - Client interviews to be scheduled post onboarding which sounds a bit weird. - Sr. BA profile. - Bangalore I have been trying to push my salary since couple of years as I started low and stayed low for longer than I should have. So that's a incentivising me for LTIM. However, I know the culture might be similar to Mphasis which I am not fully upbeat about. Marlabs has a reputation of not paying a lot. So that's kinda discouraging but the work and the culture seems good from the outside. All opinions welcome 🤗
