Which is the best startup to work as a APM

I have 1.5 years of experience in product and analytics and have been looking out.

Any early/growth stage startup hiring for APM/PMs (exp <2). Would really appreciate the help. TIA.

Where can I find startups that are hiring for APM/PM roles with 1.5 years experience in SDE? Or is there someone who can refer?

what would some best product based startups for an APM/PM-1 role? A company which has great product culture.

I've been working as an APM at a startup for about 6 months. I kinda fell into the role. Was a developer previously for about a year. So in total about 2 years of industry experience. As an APM, I've not gotten a lot of opportunities to work on hands on PM stuff. My line manager isn't a great mentor and despite having conversations with him to give me more product related tasks, my situation has not improved. What should I do? Will I be able to land another APM or a PM job elsewhere?

Tier 1 MBA, 5 years of consulting plus corp strategy experience, 2 years data science exp pre MBA. Current ctc around 45. Speaking to friends etc in the PM roles, I've developed an interest in the role. And would like to give it a fair shot. Just can't seem to figure out how. Any pointers would be really helpful.

Anyone hiring APM's at the moment? I applied to urban company & even though I meet most of the requirements I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna get shortlisted because of my college brand. I applied to Phonepe, spinny, MPL as well but i think the result will be the same due to above reason. Any other firms hiring APM's that you know of? Any help would be appreciated🙂 Thanks
