format:

1. If your company is hiring, let us know if you can provide a referral or can help somehow. Be ready with a fake/temporary Email Id to accept applications/resume, if you want to.

2. If you know any other company hiring: Would be better if you could provide the link to the job or company or its career page, it's ok if you only want to share the name.

3. If you know a stealth or very small startup hiring right now, either share someone's LinkedIn/Twitter profile whom we can reach out to or ask to DM.

4. If you have recently interviewed at a company, try to share a bit about their expectations and interview experience.

5. Recruiters, you know better than most of us, please help, ok ?

Wherever possible, try to mention the tech stack and years of experience expected.

The idea is to not just give a name, provide as much information you can to keep the thread clean and 'to the point'
