Why Indian going to abroad ? Answer me

Got accepted to Cornell, UofT, etc. In India, similarly updated curriculums are in Masters Union, Scaler SST. Does it make sense not to go abroad?

I'm a Software Engineer with ~4 years of experience. I'm thinking of switching companies and grabbing opportunities abroad and eventually settling there. I'm planning for the Netherlands or the UK, mainly because of the standard of living they provide. However I've also heard of people returning to India. Can anyone here share their experience or know someone on how is life living abroad?

For Indians working Abroad, I've got questions regarding the country you are in. 1) Which industry pays most? and has max scope to grow? 1.1) How are salaries? In both blue-collar & white-collar jobs? 2) How bad are the taxes? Does govt. deliver on the taxes charged? 3) How's the economy performing? Good or Bad? 4) Do employers sponsor visa's? of aged parents as well? 5) How's the weather? Do u experience any extreme conditions? 6) Do you experience any kind of racism as an Indian? 7) Safe for women? 8) Can you get citizenship easily? 9) How safe is the country? Do they have proper gun laws? 10) How good is public transport? 11) What are some common problems Indians face while moving there for work? Can they settle over there? 12) And you can skip this one. Why did you migrate from India?

I’ve had some experience (2/3 of my life) staying abroad but didn’t make it into any full time long term roles and moved to India. But if given an opportunity I do want to go abroad, it’s just difficult. I see folks here that moved back to India intentionally. Why did you do that? What about India made you come back?

I have been working as a software developer for the past 4 years mostly on startups. Pay is good(top 10%) no issues while working everything good in work life no problems. But there is always a feeling that I am not good at basic understanding of development I feel it is because I didn't go to any IIT or any other major colleges or didn't study for any particular exams. I just learned everything by doing it not by preparing beforehand. There is fear that maybe that's not always enough which makes me a little bit afraid of giving interviews of big tech companies. So I am not able to decide where I should go from here. Should I start with masters or should I just learn everything I can from basics to have a solid understanding or maybe some other path.
