Though startups offers great deals in terms of monetary benefits, sustainability is always a question. People are moving back to MNC's for stability. But the above is only in the case of Marketing profiles. Indian Tech and Digital Talents prefer working for Global Startups over MNC in ’23-24.
It's tough for me to understand being from a marketing background which will work the best for me.
People are switching back to MNCs for stability, better work-life balance, structured career growth, and competitive benefits. While startups offer excitement, the predictability and global exposure of MNCs are increasingly appealing. It’s about choosing long-term security over the uncertainty of startup life.
In reality its not even about MNC vs Startup rather more about Prodduct based vs Service based

I have two options and I can’t decide what to do?
Option 1: startup in growth phase (media services company)
After seeing the salaries on the grapevine of Startups and MNC's, what are u more likely to join ?? What are the perks of each one offer ? How much do u believe these salaries???
