Why Your CEO Should Be Like Cognizant's CEO

Hi folks, today I want to introduce you to the legendary man of this decade, Mr. Ravi Kumar S. He is an expert in generative AI and has now found a way to drive the growth of the company with the help of generative AI. Over the past few years, the company has maintained a $19 billion revenue. While he hasn't yet managed to significantly increase the company's revenue, he has identified ways to potentially boost it by giving a modest 1%-3% hike and delaying promotions for 2-3 years. Additionally, he has set some impractical conditions, making it difficult for employees to receive promotions, even though he is the highest-paid Indian CEO. He seems to be bringing his previous company’s politics into his current organization. Meanwhile, employees continue to celebrate Ethnic Day as if they are attending his wedding. Ravi Kumar, you should understand that the promotion from PA to A is very necessary, and you're delaying it for more than 3-4 years? You must realize that we have families and can't survive in big cities with this package. If you can't increase our salaries, at least provide us with work-from-home options so we can manage within this budget. Please don't destroy Cognizant's culture. Anyone can post this on linkdin? Don't forget to mention Ravi kumar S.
