Will the market remain same and will change

Hello everyone, I'm a Fresher with 1 year working experience as a React.js developer, now I'm looking for the job in current market scenario, apply almost 50-60 jobs but I was only get 4-5 replies from Recruiter, just wanted to know, will the market remain same, and will change,

It is Horror, lot of folks, my friends with good skills set not able to get one good job and not even interview call

Just asking to senior folks here, if you know any insights , when will market become good and hiring start again agressively

The market is currently bad only for freshers, for higher roles the hiring rate seems more or less the same. My honest suggestions would be to not just stick to react. js and start learning new things so that you don't restrict yourself for just FE roles. This recession bubbly is surely gonna burst someday but you need to reare when it bursts. All the best.

There are quite a lot of things aside from react. js in FE you should probably focus on those. Just go through some of the FE interviews for senior FE you will get a better idea.

As someone who got hired in a better market back in 2021 or so - I think the reply rate from recruiters was still quite low. Similar to what you are describing here.

I do think the market will slowly improve by next year. Hang in there.

2 opposite posts 🤔 maybe market is very selective but the salaries are still very rewarding
