Hardly getting any calls from naukri & linkedin. Is it just me or is everyone facing this issue?

Hi, I am not getting calls from naukri. I tried changing my resume several times, but yet not getting calls from naukri. On the other hand my friends keep getting many calls. Kindly help me out.

I’m dumbfounded when the best piece of advice I hear is that its a numbers game and probability is supreme. There’s got to be a strategy that one applies to shortlist from the ocean of offers out there. - applying in the same domain as your current company? - platform or regions where recruiters are more active? - directly talking to freelance HMs and doing a deal? If no hack, just share what worked for you? And how are you optimising the job searching?

What has worked the most for you in getting your job application shortlisted? Please share your ways cause I am literally STRUGGLING Currently I am trying below things 1. Regularly updating naukri (activity level is good but very few HRs directly contact. Few send invites but ghost later on) 2. Sending cold emails to HRs and Engineers (very few refer, but then again status never changes from "in review") 3. Hey there everyone, I hope you all are having a wonderful day. I'll get straight to the point, I've been applying for jobs for last 3 months and i haven't got a single call back or interview calls from anywhere, I've applied to 100 of companies, from entry level job to mid senior level job, I've tried every job portal, I've tried getting referrals, hell I've sent 500+ cold emails, I've also tried tailoring my resume for the role. Now a little bit about myself: I'm currently working as a product analyst and have 3 YOE. I did my b.tech from tier 1 college and graduated in 2021. Right after graduation i got a job with a decent package. So considering my profile and YOE, it shouldn't be this hard tp get a job or even a call back!! Can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong?, or anyone care to give any tips. Ps: why the hell are companies asking for 5-6 YOE for an analyst profile??!!! Thanks y'all Cheers

Hey folks from some couple of months trying to reaching out with friend connection for HR vacancy but all are being no reaponse once a period there was where i was trying helping them to land a job for them now i am jobless sitting at home applying contacting all for HR vacancies through linkedin naukri indeed but no response. Very disappointing for me not a getting single refer from anyone. Guys if anyone has any opening in his organization whether it is startup or mnc or mid level company plss comment me plss need some favour from grapevine colleagues. I have 1 YOE in HR currently looking for Bengaluru Pune hyderabad and Mumbai location. Plss guys any lead will greatly appreciated. Thanks Sahil
