Working at a Pre-Seed or Seed stage startup?
The title speaks for itself. As a fresher, should I focus only on developing my experience or should I care about funding, number of employees and all that stuff? By the way this startup is a part of YC.

Focus on upskilling, learning about what different departments do, how an org functions etc.
Once you’ve enough experience, switch to a bigger org (yk if startup fails to raise/grow more)
YC has a 1 in 100-1000 success strategy, so most of the time they’re just throwing money around without validating the idea, market fit, etc.
Their exit plan also has been most of the time growth till a series round so YC can exit, don’t matter what happens next.

Join them learn fast, simple huslte up the ladder without worrying about pay. Focus on outcomes when need arrives for money move to a better company
