5 days a week, 7 days of walking min. 10.5K steps.
Compound exercises mostly. A heavy focus on my diet. That’s the game changer.

Where do u walk mostly?
Working out 6 times a week (Mon-Sat). Following a Push (Chest & Triceps), Leg (Legs & Shoulders), Pull (Back & Biceps) split. I go to the gym in the morning before office hours for around 1.5 hrs.
I wonder how many days routine was maintained. Once u stop, it’s hard to go back.
3-4 times a week. Hybrid Work schedule helps. Morning walk plus short run. And afternoon functional exercise of 15-20 mins using app based exercises sets (one day abs, another day arms).

At least 5x week:
Chest, triceps x2
Back, biceps x2
Shoulders, legs, core x1 (x2 if I'm motivated enough :P)
60-75 mins per session, followed by 15 mins run.
Specific workouts are the intersection of high-impact workouts with what's available at my gym :)

Workout as many times a week as possible basically. Gym a bit and run a bit
Cardio 2x, upper body 2x, Lower body 1x.
I taken bsn syntha 6 for proteins. 2 scoop a day.
