What's your workout routine?
I workout at home with a mix of calisthenics and a very small variation of strength training, and some yoga. Curious to know what everyone's upto and how that has helped.
People of Grapevine, how do you maintain (or try to maintain) a regular workout routine. How often do you workout and what do you do.
Weekdays
06-09 : cardio / football / sport 09-15 : office 15-18 : strength training 18-21 : personal projects / study 21-06 : sleep
spitted my day in quarters. Easy to remember. Easy to follow.
30 min at least 5 days a week.
Using the free Nike training app for workouts. It has a great mix of yoga, bodyweight and equipment based workouts.
It’s workouts sets looked very difficult. I use another app- “Home Workouts”, which gives option to choose “Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced” etc.
Coincidentally, a colleague mentioned the exact same thing today! I started off by doing easy 10 min yoga workouts and built it up from there.
Now I've come to enjoy the intensity of their 25-30 min workouts. But I get where you're coming from.
Workout 6 days per week
2 days upper body
2 days lower body
2 days football training
Want to add swimming but unable to find the time since I don’t wake up very early in the morning.

I try to walk every day around 4 kilometers back and forth from the office. I take vitamin D3 10,000 IU once a week and consume about 50-100 grams of protein daily. Additionally, I play 45 minutes of badminton twice a week for agility.

Isn't life pre-COVID exciting and now it seems so gloomy!
I missed my spark for quite a long time, and it's getting tough for me to bounce back...
I am aware of the benefits of working out and I know I should. I typically just end up making excuses and workout out of laziness.
Wondering if there's something that works for you guys?
